Cascara has attractive fall color
A small native tree growing up to 30 ft.. Best used in a forest setting in which its handsome foliage is not damaged by pollution. This tree is underutilized in ornamental landscaping - it is truely an attractive shade tree with few problems. The bark can be used as a laxative.
