Understory shrub growing to about 4.5 feet. Creamy pink to yellow pink flowers followed by purplish to red-black edible & tasty berries. These berries are frequently the ones used in Huckleberry pies and jams since they tend to be larger than those on the evergreen huckleberry plants.
