Fall is the best time to plant! Be prepared by joining us for this interactive workshop. Experts from Woodbrook Native Plant Nursery will give an overview of how the homeowner should sketch out the existing layout of their land and which native plants work well in each micro-climate in the yard. Come prepared with a rough sketch of your yard.

Attend this informational class on either date to find answers to these questions and more about solar power. If you have been wondering if solar could work at your home, come to find out from one of the leading experts in the field. The class will be taught by Brad Burkhartzmeyer, president of the nonprofit Northwest Solar Group and founder of Sun's Eye Power. Class meets at Tacoma Nature Center.
