About the Strawberry Bramble or Five-leaved Bramble
A trailing perennial that spreads with creeping stems (runners) which will root at the nodes. Leaves usually divided into 5 leaflets. Flowers are small and white. It bears small clusters of bright red raspberry-like clusters, sometimes with only one drupelet per cluster; small but juicy and flavorful.
Grows in moist, mossy forests, commonly associated with old-growth forests.
